Many of our staff are either current or former public safety. Setting up the proper programming for a radio is not just about getting the frequencies right. Radios these days can carry thousands of channels rather than just the 16. However, those channels and systems are only as good as the user being able to find what they need in the radio. As LMR has become more complex through P25 systems, encryption, and a myriad of different settings, we have taken the time to develop best practices to make the radio as user friendly as possible.
